At Junbi, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your matcha and tea accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items to ensure your daily ritual remains perfect.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days; please note that perishable tea products cannot be returned once opened.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and use the provided shipping label or a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
